Organic Potatoes: Harvesting
Muddy boots, early mornings and the first potatoes lifted from the soil.
Two months after the seed potatoes went into the ground, harvest began at six each morning. Each humble seed potato had multiplied into a generous crop.
The freshly lifted potatoes travel only a few fields to the Farm Shop, where visitors can take them home and enjoy them simply steamed with a little butter.
