Before you arrive
Yes. A free entry ticket must be booked in advance. Groups of eight or more must pre-book.
Only food purchased in the Tractor Café may be consumed on the premises. Picnics and BBQs are not permitted.
Yes, using only the specially formulated animal feed available to purchase at the farm.
No. To protect the welfare of the zoo animals and visitors, pets—including guide and assistance dogs—cannot be admitted.
Cash and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. One4all vouchers are not accepted.
Book free farm entry, paid activities, seasonal events, parties or tours.
Your confirmation email contains the individual passes needed for entry and activities.
Present the QR codes to farm staff and at each booked activity station.
