Visitors must follow staff instructions, remain within boundaries and treat every animal with care. Pets, including assistance and guide dogs, cannot be admitted because of the free-range animals and zoo collection.

Food and permitted items
Only food purchased in the Tractor Café may be consumed onsite. Picnics, BBQs, balloons, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, balls, frisbees, smoking, vaping and alcohol are not permitted.
Bookings and groups
Free farm entry and paid experiences require a valid booking where indicated. Groups of eight or more must pre-book. Event availability, capacity and activity schedules are confirmed during booking.
Tickets, changes and refunds
Tickets and activity passes are linked to the booked date and visitor. Change, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the ticket terms shown at purchase. Use Manage Booking or contact the farm team for help.
Safety and photography
Do not cross fences, interfere with animals, fly drones or photograph children outside your own guardianship. Kildare Farm Foods may refuse admission or ask visitors to leave where safety or welfare rules are not followed.
