Organic Oats: Season Three
From preparing the soil to a fully certified organic crop.
The seed bed is prepared by repeatedly disking and rolling the field before sowing. Once the green shoots appear, the crop is rolled again to encourage strong growth.
No chemical fertilisers or pesticides are used. Sunshine, rain and balanced soil do the work, allowing the farm to bring its own organic porridge oats from field to shelf.
